My photobucket thing expired...and now i'm using YW's account to host the image! So thank you YW!!!! that lucky girl doesnt have to go to school tmr, monday and tuesday!!! and why have i chosen today to blog? Because my friends, today is the first time i went first for oral. never in my entire school life have i been first for an oral, since primary school i have been "the last girl". always. i guess it was kinda freaky, being first and all, but it was a good change from being last all the time. for the longest time i always was the one encouraging everybody else before they go for the oral, but today, everybody else was wishing me "good luck".

Luckily, Mr.Pritchard was nice lah. passage was too jerky. picture was weird. but conversation was fine, he's an easy man to talk to. after my test i was made time keeper...ruoen talked the loudest among all of the other 31-39, lol.

amanda yeo was asked by mr pritchard to ask him a question. luckily i didnt get that if not there will only be an awkward silence.

march holidays are going to suck real bad.

for english today we were discussing the pros and cons of blogging, so here i am. i have decided to update for now...
amaths test was a KILLER! i'm soooooo gonna flunk to high heavens. for goodness sake, mr poh's "passing mark" was a 22/28, which is clearly impossible for someone like me. he insists that we would have to change places is we dont do well for the test which is super ironic coz i'm already sitting in front of the teacher's desk!!!
anyway, back to the main event of today. during R.E, ms raju was telling us a little of her past. it was really sad, the whole class appeared to be stoning and staring into space but i bet all of us were on the verge of tears. surprisingly, ms raju remained strong and there wasnt even a hint of wanting to cry and she went on with her story. if it was me up there speaking, i'll probably sob my way finish. but in that sense it was good too,coz if she really cried, i don't think we would know what to do.
i too, nearly cried..tearing only. i think i'm afraid of crying, especially in front of other people. like ms raju. but she was truly truly brave, telling 2 classes about her past, and i respect her for that. she even declared:
" don't pity me, pity is just a wasted emotion."

whoots. had training today, from 3 tolike 4.30? haha, great fun, we finally ran by the canal today!!! i never realise that i would actually miss our warm up jogs...felt really destressed by the run somehow, maybe it being a friday and all helped. training was fun, did the usual pair ball work and team ball work, then getting in to the PE room to look for fun stuff!like getting like bats and baseball gloves and volleyalls to play with! desiree was nice and she passed me a soccer ball :) attempted to juggle but failed. cant juggle balls for nuts. YAY SAC BEAT EAST SPRING! Go 'B' Div!!! heard that it was a really really close match, we only won by 5 goals. and there was a time we're they actually tied. scarrry. i dunno why, but natalie was behaving funny and somehow we started exchanging "yo momma" insults! peiqi, sarah fun, anna, arielle, nat and i were tumbling on the floor with laughter at all the super lame insults. good times.

for the first time since school started, we don't have any work that is due tmr, taking time now to catch up which some death ote and blogging, kinda getting used to sec 3 life now, everything so much more serious and D-U-L-L. we havent even came up with class item yet, as a matter of fact, WE DON'T EVEN KNOW WHETHER WE HAVE TO OR NOT. troublesome troublesome. Malaysian trip is cancelled, and its soooo depressing. its understandable that we cant go but why do we to hold it in SCHOOL??? i mean like we already spend SO MUCH time in that hell hole already. how depressing, well i guess what matters is that our class can bond during the camp.

i went home alone today coz everybody was busy doing something for SEC 1 CCA orientation. for once in a loooooong time, i felt kinda sad to be "CCA-less", especially when i saw this year's netball jersey. SOBS. ok, sad moments over. whew, glad we're done with that.
been sorted to band 2 chinese class with judy, gerry and lizzie too! so far school has been fairly good i guess, getting used to sitting in front with all the teachers looking OVER you instead of right at you, which is quite an advantage.

hey hey hey, back from the Philippines y'all!
after some thinking, this is the list of people who can survive in Phillippines

GERRY- coz of her laid-back attitude, the people there take things as they come and are super dee duper relaxed, unlike the rushing in SG
JUDY-the food there is soooo meat-ified, with little/no veggies and lots of meat in every meal, this girl will be very happy.
JASMINE-the channels there are endless.
NICOLE-weather in Baguio (pronounced as ba-gio), marvelous for her, its like aircon everywhere
SHIHUI-shopping centres are HUGE! so many shops, so little time!
SARAH EE- stuff there are relatively cheaper then SG, she'll be able to shop without worrying about making a hole in her pocket!

now...for those who CAN'T survive there.[no offence guys!]

YW-roads there are crazy. she wouldnt dare to cross!
STACY-road problem, even if she dares, she wouldnt make it to the other side.haha
LIZZIE-food problems, those people are carnivores!
SARAH ANNE-the poor girl would probably get bugged by beggars, and being too nice, she'll probably give and give.

anyway the highlight of the trips for me was probably the horse riding!!yay horseriding!!

this week for Legion, our "resolution" for this week would be to be patient.
i guess i kinda blew it. i shot back at her..on purpose in fact. i didnt want to sound that mean to her but i guess it had to be done. i finally understood what my other friends felt, and how stupid we were to not actually tell her.
it's had to change, but we don't expect you to flip 180 degrees..but you seem to change everything that comes in your way to make yourself look good, and not the "weaker" one. perhaps you are trying to hard to be memorable.
it's hard to explain, i've tried. and the rest is up to you. nobody can do anything more
i think it's about time you inserted a little humility into your life, coz you don't make the whole world.

lately i have been developing a "shika" attitude. everything tt i have to do seem to get more troublesome each time...and i have started saying "how troublesome" and so ma fan" A LOT.

they start out as shy little girls
but when they get more familiar, they start whining and being mushy.

i felt truly emo just now.
blades were cutting in every direction. and i felt pain.
i feel light-headed too.
must be the excessive loss of..........................hair.
lol, yup i went to cut my hair, the hairdresser kept using the comb and now my scalp feels raw. pain or wat?! i think my head is dented by his strength, haha.
my hairs nearly got uprooted by the constant pulling and tugging. haiz, he has some some issues man.
halfway throught the hair cut, he paused and said:
"err, how do u usually comb your hair"
"erm..i dunno..."
"coz i..cant find any parting"
"err..i don't really have a parting"
"you dun really comb your hair izzit?"

the guy was like asking the contestants a few questions about hilary duff and they were like so duh.
THEY DIDNT EVEN NOE HER FIRST ALBUM TITLE. and they call themselves fans. not that i love hilary duff or something but i mean, come on!the questions were so easy i could answer them. i'm not even a hilary duff fan.

great job to Spurs too, for putting up a good fight. i have to admit, i was predicting a 1-1 draw. After all , Tottenham isn't that bad, in fact, they can be pretty good when they are on form. and Liverpool are known to be late starters in the EPL.
The first half was a pretty close fight, Tottenham had some pretty good chances they missed, so did Liverpool, the closest they got was Bellemy's strike, good save by Robinson. It was a total deliberate handball by King!! Liverpool should have gotten the penalty, too bad the referee didnt see it. What a pity.
Sissoko, Alonso,Gonzalez and Gerrard were on good form today. Despite the Champion's League, they were energetic.
Whatever Benitez told the squad during half-time, it worked. Haha, Liverpool came on strong the second half, smooth attacks, good interceptions and accurate passes.
Brilliant move pass the defender by Stevie G, right to Bellamy in front of the net and he kicks right into the pole. AH. But wait! Gonzalez picks up the loose ball and shoots it right into the corner of the net!!! whoooooooooooooooooooooooo!! 1-0!!
soon after...Garcia cleverly flicks the ball into the danger area and Kyut and Gerrard go for it! The defenders hands all shoot up! steven gerrard is offside!!!Luckily, Kyut is the one who picks the ball so no offside nice accurate shot into the net.....2-0
Riise picks the ball up in midfield, he takes the ball over the mid line and shoots! he scores!! not bad for a guy who was injured for the past few weeks! splendid goal by Riise, Robinson went for a full dive but couldnt reach it. nice try though!!!

legion meeting was so fun today! haha, anne and elizabeth were so incredibly funny!!! those two put together are like a comedy pair. they were imitating and quoting Sharpay from High School Musical.

paul twohill just went out..i almost feel sorry for him.ALMOST.he cried, but luckily he was wearing water-proof liner. well my prediction for the final 2 would be jonathan and jasmine.

what really amazes me is people with the ability to type in "twit" language.i mean the make the simple english language totally complex with cAps popping out of nowhere, "z" and "x" added unnecessarily to the back of words. no offence to people who type like that but really...is it necessary?? and..how to u pronounce those words anyway??

friday was a total blast!
had drum lessons at pat's [about time too] stacy taught a crash exercise..its was quite useful [ at least for this song anyway] drums was from 3.20 - 5.00 plus 20 minutes of styling my hair.i dunno how but i ended up looking like sasuke of naruto.lol! so i combed it down a bit..
then i helped stacy do her hair and we were like acting dao while nicole was madly snapping away. haha

later on watched barnyard with nicole and stacy. the movie was ok..it wasnt special tho..it was a kiddie show haha
the best part of the movie was at the end. since the movie was a premiere kinda thing, there were freebies lyk a goodie bag containing a notebook and a poster, free can of coke and a free cup of popcorn. the whole row in front of us was empty,so after the movie nic,stacy and i chionged to grab all the free stuff in front. it was sooo funny, even weirder thing is the aunties beside us were like grabbing things infront too. haha- so typical singaporeans rite? stacy was soooooo enthusiastic ok...then later she was like: i can't believe i stooped to such a low level!!
our loot:

that would be 17 cans of coke, 6 cups of popcorn, 5 posters and 5 notebooks. i think. well it was soooooooo fun!!!my bag was soooo freaking heavy with coke..it was the highlight of the day!

later on...we walked around carrefour to buy rocks.i noe it sounds stupid. well anyway we were kinda desperate coz we couldnt find rocks we even considered kitty litter.haaaaa..in the end we decided on soap shavings! not a bad idea huh?

took bus 14 home, after one stop...

and guess wat? for the first time in history...stacy was RIGHT. hahaa

whoooots...yesterday went to yw's house...had a blast there!we were rehearsing lip syching wannabe...later we went to do zack's song of school of rock.we dancing lyk crazy and yw was singing at the top of her lungs..lol it was soooooo funny.

phew just finished mopping up..and the damn comp is lagging.
YW'S BRAIDS ARE LUCKY. I'M A WITNESS TO IT.
seriously they are.yesterday after the concert, yw,judy nicole and i tried to flag a cab to get home back but everyone was lyk flagging too so we didnt get one. anyway yw had found her ipod so she was really happy and started singing. she was singing wannabe so i sang along with her. nicole and judy were trying to not know us but they failed terribly..lol.
anyway we walked back across the bridge and towards the mrt station..there we tried to flag a taxi again but ALL the taxi's were ON CALL...rich freaks.so we walked up somemore towards the main road. later on we saw a taxi stand so we stopped there for awhile. and yw shouted "TIE A BRAID FOR ME!!IT'S LUCKY!!!" so nicole was lyk "wat do we have to lose?" so she tied it. but yw didnt hv a rubber band. so she held on to the braid.just then..A TAXI CAME. IT CAME WHEN NICOLE JUST TIED IT FINISH. IT CAME. then yw started waving her hands around lyk a maniac. the taxi driver then asked us where we were going. and we said 3 stops..he said no....and why did he say no?BECAUSE YW LET GO OF THE BRAID.a the same time too...so nvm...we decided to walk to the MAIN MAIN road.
yw: we might as well walk around with our hands up.

watched part of it here and there.saw peter crouch do the robot! he was darn hilarous.given his height and all he looked like an "unoiled crane"...thats wat it said in the newspaper.
u hv to admit that he looks damn awkward playing but i guess he is quite a gd player. he's always at the right place at the right time and even though he totally missed that penalty,he scored a hat trick!he knows when to pass the ball accurately and receive and shoot the ball on target.
even though england is without rooney, i believe they can make it far in the competition. formation wise is not bad,with a strong midfield and a backup striker STEVEN GERRARD i say to Brazil, BRING IT ON!according to records Brazil has never won the world cup in europe before,so i hope this time in Germany they wont win.

went to lizzo's house yesterday after dumb maths olympiad...out of 35 questions,guessed 35 questions.im so gonna fail and i dun really care.
you know, even though academically "smarter" students go to 2/8,it doesnt mean we're geniuses or something. its proven that people with high IQ may not do well academically well. no offence or anything, but a lot of people frm 2/8 had not done so well for maths, and i believe it was due to the extra maths olympiad lesson. we already hv problems handling maths ans yet the school is adding an extra not-counted-in-report-card-subject which takes up our maths lessons
.like hello?!?! nobody really enjoys these maths olympiad thing,the only reason why we like it is because we get to miss mr-square-face's lesson.no one really listens during maths olympiad..so basically its a complete waste of time and energy.seriously...the school takes donations frm us to hire these people whice we do not listen to..

back to lizzo's hse...it was great fun...we were using our superb pick up line to use o girls...so far the gilrs didnt really respond,so it was kinda boing.we managed to chat up this girl..and she was really really despo. she started doing weird stuff to us and we ditched her.
there was a competition between sarah and stacy..they both annoyed the shit outta each other.
there was 2 parts of the competition the wrestling round and the dissing round..wat really amazed me was that however noisy it was,nicole slept right thru it.
sarah won the wrestling round hands down while stacy made a great comeback for the dissing round.

yesterdays training was kinda slack..but hving a terrible muscle ache now.hvnt got used to training yet,a few more trainings and this should wear off i guess. im sure that tomoro trainig is going to be hell training.
ah well.today...school was slacked too.ms kwan got us to do some dumb surveys after that,judy,jas,stacy,gen,sarah ee and me played daiti.never won once. boohoo.cards were sucky and random.jas is the PRO!shes good. during history,mr lim came in to tell stories.some weird navy story abt 'blanket parties' and some of the pranks they played. learnt tt guys are the most disgusting creatures ever!!they pee at the same place for washing.bleah. stacy is definitely not cut out for army. chinese was lame.did some poem thing for mums. gen,me and jas did most of the work while stacy doodled on herself.played more daiti.lost somemore. during english our class went to the library to do some project thingy. ms kwan CONFISCATED MY CARDS AND FORGOT TO GIVE IT BACK. ah well,i'll get it back tomoro. played cheat after school with lizzo,sarah ee ,sarah anne, mom,judy and gerry. watched sarah struugle to play stress.

whoooooooooo,the blog is finally done.HUGE thanks to my buddy jasmine for putting up the tagboard!
anyway, today was the last paper!!!!!went out with NICOLE,GERRY,JUDY,GEN, STACY and JASMINE. gen bought this really expensive beach ball at the market.total rip-off!$2.50!!!yea it may seem cheap but, im totally flat-out busted.zero zilch.
anyway took the train to raffles and went walk-walk. the seven of us cruised right into [surfer girl] some surf shop full of BIKINIS and wallets blah blah. we wanted to but a set of bikini for gen as a joke, but we didnt see anything 'gen' enuff for gen.nicole took a leopard print one and was like 'ooooh lets buy this'.looked around for something to buy for gen while judy and nicole went next door [ripcurl].so all of us were scooting in out in out between the 2 shops.i bet the sales assistants were really annoyed. nicole and judy were lookimg for a good present for gen but couldnt find any.i found something for them,but they were choosing here and there,cant make up their minds.oh the fickleness.[and yes i hv gd taste nicole and judy.] so anyway, managed to get some thing for gen while she wasnt looking.it wasnt much,but it made me go bankrupt.
walked abt somemore,then went to suntec.with zero $$ on me, we walked into TOYS'R'US!!!!!!!! sigh, hv to borrow money to get waterguns. first thing we saw were FLOATY NOODLES!!!!whee...used one to tap gen head,and she came back and banged my head.ouch.[yes,gen it hurts].anyway walked around feeling like a kid again!!!

it was abt 2 plus i think,still early,so we all went to nicole's house.there we tested out the guns.stacy and gen dunked themselves into the pool 3 times,dunno why,stacy always do funny stuff.went back up and chilled at the room.wasnt in the mood for gaming so we went out to watch tv,ended up watching i not stupid2.it was funny. the suposedly sad parts were sadistically funny to me. stacy cried.dunno why but yea,she cried.gen and i were like wat???its not sad.
went home at abt 8,watched american idol results show.CHRIS IS OUT!!!!!finally,cant stand him. COULD THIS DAY GET ANY BETTER.
